I was sceptical about going to yoga, but how wrong I was! Victoria helped increase my range of motion and taught me how to breathe properly. Breathing is a big part of the process. I am now able to play a very different game in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). I wouldn’t have had the flexibility or confidence before.
